Borrowers should use the same email from their application
If the borrower created a portal password during the application, they can sign in with email and password. If Google sign-in is enabled for that environment, they can also use the same approved Google account.
Need an application link instead of the portal? The borrower should use the personalized apply or quiz link sent by their loan officer or realtor partner. This page is for returning borrowers who already have portal access.
